I think I have a better idea than damage, instead of it's ability giving you a hair trigger, have it remove the fire cap. fires as fast as you can pull the trigger. Light, snappy, agile, fast firing.

The hair trigger is supposed to increase the sensitivity of the trigger button, so that a light touch is all that is need. I didn't notice much difference when I applied this perk. I like your idea, but I still would prefer them to have an increased impact and damage perk. The range should be improved as well ... it is a Scout Rifle after all!

i'd be cool with bonus damage, but Multi Tool should make it fire faster.

Yeah. I agree with that too. It does have a better rate of fire compared with other SRs.
