In another thread I (and others) had the idea to just hold the reload button a while longer (when all ammo is depleted).
DeeJ saw that and said he will play it through to the devs...

While I'd take that over the current system in a heartbeat, couldn't that have the potential to interfere with reviving a teammate? Probably nothing too terribly serious, but if you're in a dire situation where something like that could cause a wipe/boot to orbit it would definitely be frustrating.

Never thought about it interflicting with revive... Maybe both, IF the game had customizable controls..... I love the game, but it lacks major polishing in terms of controls/interface...
