In my opinion it's not much better than any of the Legendary auto rifles out there. For an exotic it didn't really blow my mind (like say the Truth). My Hex Caster ARC already has better perks, 300 damage and I find it is more accurate than Hard Light. Hard Light is okay to use every now and then but nothing about it would make it my go-to Auto Rifle. This is all just my opinion of course.
I'll equip it on my Warlock so you can check out it's stats/progress tree if you want.

Darn, I was really hoping it was good. I have it, but I wasn't sure how it would stack up against Atheon's Epilogue. Does the ricochet/penetration perk actually do much for it?

It's not that bad with the upgrade for stability. When people shoot it at you, you can't see a god damn thing!

it shakes ur screen like crazy i have it idk after upgrades tho but ik its pretty bad
