I've turned in 10 legendaries now. Only one legendary has actually come out

irony my first legendary came from a rare engram, second from an actually Legendary. Rest because I brought them. My helmet is because the 100% Legendary item from Queen. She helped deck my armor out to Legendary status lol

Are you wearing a faction cloak/band/mark? Because if you are that's where the rep is going

I don't think that applies to the cryptarch. I just leveled up my rank while wearing my dead orbit armband.
