So what you are saying is the Traveler & Ghost are pieces of space [b]MOLD[/b]? And space Fungi is bad.
Destiny isn't really Destiny it's the sequel to the Last of Us. And Bungie is a front for Naughty Dog.

The Flood was a fungus made by Bungie. Theres Flood Hunters that kill and infect human corpses The Infected was a fungus made by Naughty Dog. Theres Infected Hunters that kill and infect human corpses The Traveler is also a fungus made by Bungie. Theres Guardian Hunters that kill (with bullets) and infect (with light) other human corpses (combustion) and also other species (fallen, hive, cabal, etc) Coincidence?

The flood wasn't a fungus......... It was a hyper evolved organism. The oldest race in the universe. It converts bio-matter into its own "flood matter" and uses that like a machine to increase its processing power. It doesn't travel by air or water it actually has to kill then consume your matter. The simplest flood forms are Pure flood forming a skeletal system of the deceased and using the body as a shield to protect its pure flood systems. Not a fungus.

I like the idea that darkness came out of the traveler. (busted out). Almost like creating a ideal habitat for the "darkness" on our solar system. (Perfect example why we need space boarders to prevent illegal immigration of aliens from outer space) But beside the Hive. I really interested in the "darkness" motives to stop the traveler. What are your thoughts on the Vex being from the future, & who sent them?

Well I think the Vex are our precursors They were one of the earliest victims of the Traveler so they shed their bodies for robot parts. This is proven by the fact that the Grimiore Card for Vex shows "Precursors" http://www.bungie.net/en/Grimoire/2/4611686018428808889/Enemies/Vex

The Precursors are the Vex that remained when they left the solar system they are called precursors because all the other vex units were built/modified between their departure and return.

The Vex are the evolution of an ancient race that was born in our galaxy before the traveler ever came to our galaxy. They realized that they were weak in flesh so they converted themselves to the Vex. It also gave them a "hive mind". They then left the solar system for and undetermined amount of time. in that time they lost all sense of being organic and discovered the Heart of the Darkness. Since in all there knowledge they could not understand the heart they worshiped it. It told them to return home (mars) to reclaim the solar system. Without emotions they are no different from the Ceph from Crysis. They returned home to see us living on THEIR planet so they waged war on humanity and the traveler to reclaim their land. They are unaware of the Heart's true plans and will ruthlessly execute all orders and kill any creature that gets in their way.
