Halo 2 is the same. Halo 2 anniversary multiplayer is it's own thing.

Art style means nothing since its old graphics are there to be improved. Story direction isn't being changed, its still Halo 2. Gameplay balance and options also don't matter because the Anniversary multiplayer is supposed to be Halo 2 with modern stuff. If you don't like it go play original.
