Like I said, nothing that anyone would be able to tell much from unless they are a gastroenterologist.
Standard screening. Sort of a 50k mile check under the hood to see if there is anything worrisome that may be developing. So they are on the lookout for colon cancer, ulcerations, prostate issues, polyps, etc..
A chance at early detection of any problems before they get too bad, or if you get a clean bill from the examination, you then have fewer things to worry about.
