20gigs of space required to play on 360?

I was looking at the destiny limited edition on the gamestop website and when i scrolled down to read the Important info, the fine print said:" 20GB HDD Xbox 360 consoles cannot play Destiny without a hard drive upgrade." this worries me because even though i'm using a slim, i'm also using the hard drive from my 20 gig 360 from way back. Does anyone know any more of this? I don't want to make the purchase only to find out i can't play because this. Also if you read this and know anyone with the same situation as me let them know...

  • Okay, let's be honest here, no one should have this problem. 20gb is absolutely nothing in this day and age. If your 360 has only 20gb, it's time to move on up. Don't 360's have external hard drives? Those are pretty cheap.

    • If you look at just the expansion pack for 360 on gamestop.com it says available for download on 12 31 2014 so is that maybe the release date for 2nd dlc? Or even the 1st?

    • I saw online it was 10 gb for xbox one and 6 gb for xbox 360, that what it said when you try to preorder destiny from the 360 marketplace.

      • Makes since it's 40 for ps4, that also counting the two dlc, you should be fine with base game on the bright side you have 51 days to get a bigger one or a 10 gig flash should work for dlc

      • I'm in the exact same scenario, so I hope not.
