Yes. You will get three codes for the platform of your choice. If you want to play on more than one platform then you need two codes.
Take my example. I will be choosing PS4, and will get three access codes for PS4 users.
I also got a second beta code for a friend, who uses a 360. He will get three access codes for the 360, for him and his friends online.
