Because people are allowed to change their opinion based on a company's actions. For example >343 promised H4 would be the best Halo so far >the details they gave the fans gave the impression that it was possible > the fans were impressed and liked 343 >the game arrived 343 wasnt able to fullfill the promises they made so some people disliked them, while others gave them feedback on what they like/dislike. >343 responds >People like them again because they heard what they wanted to hear However like you said it will be a re-run because this has happened on previous Halo games since Halo 2(just change 343 to bungie and you get a similar situation on all halo launches). So its not hypocrisy its stupidity that people keep falling on the same cycle.
