I think that Skull Face is Major zero, it would make sense, considering that he harbored a deep resentment for Snake. (Since he was so interested in where Mother Base was at)

I guess we'll figure out who he really is in MGS 5, really suspenseful near the end and it really leaves you wondering who Skull Face is, doesn't it?

It really does make me wonder. He could be a new character for all we know...

Yeah, maybe he could be the leader of an unknown group, because the guys at the base were Cipher troops, and they didn't know who Skull Face's guys were at all.
