Just unplug the SATA cable from the back of your HDD, and plug it back in when everything is set up.

  • Can't I just choose where I want to install it? That seems like a ton of work when I could just install to the SSD initially.

You can choose where to install it when you insert the disc. It should give you a selection of what drives you have plugged in before installation. If not, taking the side panel off and unplugging the SATA cable from your HDD isn't a lot of work. It'd take like a minute.
