I hope the Warlock gets a lot more #SpaceMajik coz right now its seems like everyones a bloody wizard and that
there's no reason at all for the Warlock's existence
. <(-__-)>
Dude usually in games like this everyone has a role to play and if someone is already playing that role then that makes you kind of pointless but I believe in Destiny you make your own role, you walk your own path, and you choose your own destiny, so I don't think you really have to worry about any of the classes being pointless. You are who you choose to be.

Well thats all fine and dandy, but it doesn't change the fact that every class has the same amount of space magic! there might as well be only one class. ...was the point I was trying to make. so, hopefully the foci bring a new level of shizzle that will define and separate each class better.

if you go through and find all the intel videos on the warlock, you'll see that the Warlock is the only class that actually coincides with the "wizard" generalization. I high recommend MoreConsole's channel on Youtube for all your Destiny info, he's pretty thorough and blood brilliant. The Titan seems to have the most melee styled supers of all three "classes", save for it's dome shield (which can be attributed to the "Palladin" build for you RPG players out there). The Hunter seems to be the "ranger" or "rogue" of the classes, with its deadly "golden gun" and the quick flurry of knife attacks it can deal with its supers. You really don't have to dig very far to see the Warlock as being the "wizard" or "Mage" of the Destiny series. While all classes are based on a DPS model, the different supers elected to each class clearly distinguishes their "role" (at least from a glance). Titan - Tank, Hunter - Rogue, Warlock - Wizard/Mage. Of course you can mix and match and play whatever class in whatever role you desire.

I already watch moreconsole, datto and destiny updates. still seems like the warlocks only distinctive feature is a coat wever we'll see how it plays out.
-
I feel the same way about the titan. It doesn't feel bulky and beefy enough to me.
-
Not "knight-ish" enough right? Or "Tank-ish" rather
-
that's exactly it.

According to the eurogamer article you won't get a lot more space magic. The "Builds" or "Foci" or "Codex"... or whatever the -blam!- bungie is calling them at the moment. There are only 2 available to each class at launch. So much for uniqueness.
-
There will be a lot more than 2 builds per class at the launch of the full game. We only know of 2 for each class.
-
Not according to the euro article. MoreConsole was not present. Those guys specifically mentioned that only two "Builds" would be available at launch. Activision will try some shit on that front.
