Sony Axes Resistance Online Multiplayer

Not even a year has passed since the PS4 released and Sony is already starting to shut down the more popular PS3 titles in order to force people to switch over. Sucks for people who bought the online pass for Resistance 3. That game came out 3 years ago and is already having its online services shut down.

Resistance 3 MP sucked. Resistance 1 however was great. Custom games, dedicated servers, and 64 players. That was a launch day title too. 64 players may have been R2 though. Anyways, they're shutting down, because no one plays them. I played MAG lots back in the day. I played a few weeks before it shut down, and couldn't even get into the Domination match because you need 256 players. The population was so low, and so split, that it was hard to find matches.
