Well... I guess this one isn't bad.
The rest are idiotic. It sounds like the propaganda spewed in Colombia in Bioshock Infinite.

It's unreasonable to demand that our government not drive our country further into debt? I'm no tea partier, but I agree with most of these points. I don't like the use of the word 'sacred' in 5, wish they'd elaborate on 4, and roll my eyes at 14 and 15, but the others are fairly sound expectations.

You're right, it's not unreasonable, however there are instances (such as federal health care or education) in which spending more (and yes, putting us into debt) is beneficial to our citizens. So while we should try not to spend more than we can, it is sometimes necessary.

I don't disagree. As an engineer, I abhor reducing quality in the name of cost savings. However, you could always try to improve your budget rather than accept going into the negative.

Running an economy isn't the same as managing personal finances. Debt isn't necessarily bad at all, it's a matter of the debt to GDP ratio.

It's rude of you to suggest that my position is entirely based on balancing a check book. National debt is a runaway train. More debt means a weaker dollar, which means our nation has to spend more money for the same return, increasing the debt further. That bubble can't expand forever.
