That article is simply rampant speculation and conjecture. The cloud is proven technology. Cloud processing will redefine gaming as we know it. That is a fact.

Lol. It's not speculation or conjecture. You would require great amounts of bandwidth with very low latency to pull this off. America's national average for Internet speed is no where near good enough.
