how to keep a cat from scratching things
Hey guys, I need you're help.
My step mom doesn't want our cat anymore. She's afraid it will cause further damage to the furniture and possibly ruin the new window screens we had installed this fall.
So she put the cat up for free on kijiji.
): she's already gotten lots of offers.
Nobody in the house wants her (the cat), but I'm finding I kinda do. Also we learned that there is a good chance our cat could be going to an animal testing facility and I'm saying "nope" to that. So how do I save my cat from being a test subject. I'd like to take her with me when I move out also. (:

Give it something to scratch. There are thousands of toys out there like that. That way it will have something to play/scratch and none of your furniture will be destroyed.
