Xbox One time-limit?
how long do we have left to pre-order the day one edition?
as in, i don't have the cash now, will later.

There isn't one. You have to pre-order them when they are available. You're best bet is to pre-oreder from the dashboard, straight from MS.

My local gamestop sold out of them. It has to do with the number they are receiving, not a time limit. Assuming your local shop still has them in stock I would imagine you could order it right up until the release.

I imagine a week before release but it is very possible that their preorder numbers will run out before then because a store can only hold so many.
