no not for xbox only special edition is for ps4 since theyre getting all the exclusive content

To exclude one Console for another on a special/limited edition for a game would only hurt Bungie... Now the Special/Limited Editions for Destiny on each Console may come with different content, but their is still going to be one for each if they do it...

That was a little over bearing considering this has so far been a civilised thread. I think that if Sony made the correct offer to bungie in terms of either capital or commitments to further games, they may look at the potential loss of turnover through limited, limited edition sales, and weigh it up against there offer. Highly unlikely, but in no way impossible. I think if you can not comprehend the long term strategic potential for this, than "I suggest you do not go into that field as a career... "

Alienating fans on the Xbox One is a bad decision because no matter how much capital a company may give you you're fans are what make the game possible... if you cut out one entire part of the community base you are going for then that will only hurt sales of future games... I can understand having exclusive content for the PS4 because Bungie is trying to bring a new fan base to their doorstep and Exclusive content like Armor and Weapon skins would do that beautiful... but only giving the PS4 a limited edition would anger a lot of the Fan's Bungie has from the Xbox Community... and Bungie has always stated that they are about the fan's... I just said he should not go into marketing, I never gave him any insult and I gave standard strategic marketing information to back up why there would not be just a PS4 only Limited Edition, I was Civil the whole time...

I read that as DLC type stuff. It would be an odd move to make the limited edition for one console only. But its not beyond the realms of possibility I guess. Sony are using this as a bit of a flagship on the PS4.

Ps4 gets some content early, thats all. Well maybe a blue cloak too while Xbox gets a green one.... That would be cool...

We know the PS4 will get some sort of exclusive content. That doesn't mean the Xbox won't.

xbox so far hasnt announced any exclusive content from destiny but ps4 did announce it... its a shame i love xbox
