Tips:
-make sure your clan tag appears as the last one known by Bungie.net. You can find this under the sneakernet part of the "avatar and theme" tab.
-be patient when inputting the code. It's very long and you really have to pay attention.
-make sure your brightness is just enough to see the numbers. The higher the brightness, the harder it is to actually see the numbers (or at least it was for me).
Also, is this the account linked to your xbox live account? If not, there is no way to link any of your HAlo stats. The account had to have had Halo game history on it before Bungie passed Halo to 343i. If you have multiple accounts, try finding the one with your stats and linking it to your main account.

Can you help me with that because I received the code and everything. I just don't know where to put the code. Is it in the search button? I need help please.
-
Sure thing, to enter your sneakernet code go to your profile settings and select the "avatar and theme" tab. Under the theme section there will be a place to enter your sneakernet code.

Hey I really appreciate your help, however a bungie employee helped and even he couldn't solve the irritating problem that I have. The problem is that I follow those steps, there is nothing for me to write into. You say there is a place to enter my code in the avatars and theme tab however there is no area or box for me to write the code what so ever. It says Sneaker Code: ........and nothing no text box, no nothing. And instead it says No halo reach data could be found. Know that is my problem. I think it has to do with the fact that I changed my gamertag and renamed my hotmail account?(Though it still is the same account) Is there anything you know in which you can help me with?

I think there are quite a few people with the same issue because of their changed gamertag. I'm sorry I couldn't help you sooner, my phone has been dead. Sadly I'm not really sure how to solve the issue . I wish I could get my sneakernet code to work as well.

Well it's good to know that this problem wasn't only happening to me. Do you think if I were to change my gamertag back to the previous one, it will work?
-
I'm honestly not sure :/ I'm sorry.
-
Well, thank you for helping me out, I really appreciate it. I'm going to try to change my gamertag to see if that helps. Thanks

No problem, tis what I'm here for.
