What Weapons Would You Like to See?
Not the ordinary bullet slingers. I'm talking extravagance. For example, a flash-freeze grenade, an exploding (not gigantic, of course) sniper, or a flaming sword of sorts, all with fancy names (such as Bungie's Pocket Infinity).
What unique weapons would you like to see? What titles would they bear?

1 ReplyAs long as they sound good when fired I don't much care. Too many games don't put enough thought into the gunshot audio, it makes them less fun to shoot.

Emp gun or grenade that shuts down enemy vehicles or armor

A repeating pencil crossbow.

A tornado tosser.

I would like to see a grappling hook. Used for mobility and CQC (close quarters combat).

I want to see something similar to the [i]Fatman[/i] in [b]Fallout 3[/b]. It shot little mini nukes. That would be really cool.

I want to see a Void Grenade and a Pressure Grenade. Void opens a black hole sucking in everything in it's path. Worst case scenario of course. The Pressure Grenade is about the same as a normal grenade except it release a HUGE gale force explosion of air. Better than a frag because no smoke or fire.

1 ReplyI want to see something similar to the corrosive rounds from mass effect you shoot them and then they get kind dissolved... Also the veto grenade sounds awesome, that would be useful if you were getting swarmed freeze a couple then kill the free ones then kill the frozen ones

I would like to see some sort of grenade launcher that unleashed a fatal paralyzation. No explosion, just a body slumping to the the ground, twitching.

Being serious though, I would like to see an assault rifle with changeable firing modes and a variety of attachments that could be put on at any time like in the Crysis games.

I think it would be cool if we got to name our weapons( of course if it's online have bungie regulate them, so immature 9 year olds don't name them anything explicit)

I would like to see a guided rocket launcher and perhaps a sort of laser net trap. That would be badass!
