I honestly don't know what to think of the government. I'm on the fence.. But our founding fathers taught us to keep your guard up to those who are in power and to keep them on their toes to make sure they don't get any Tyrannical ideas.

What we have is not reasonable freedom. It's not bad freedom.. yet.. But that's the direction we could be headed towards. If we keep taking one step forward and then two steps back on freedom, we do NOT achieve a nation that is more free.

The difference between liberals and libertarians is that liberals want more freedom, but not the pathological kind of freedom that libertarians foam at the mouth over. I don't want freedom just for the sake of freedom. I want the kind of freedom that is beneficial to our society, such as the legalization of pot and gay marriage. There are no victims to either.

Libertarians are awesome. They want America to be as free as possible, which is courageous and bold. They want Gay Marriage to be legal, they want pot to be legal and all other drugs to be treated as a medical issue and not a crime issue when there is no external victims involved. They are pro-gun and pro-choice I think? I can't find any draw backs in their beliefs. Freedom is prosperity. I see them as the pure form of what Liberals should be.

Well, just off the top of my head, there are enormous environmental drawbacks... Also, libertarians worship politicians like Ron Paul. When in reality, Ron Paul is a racist scumbag that has no idea what he is talking about.

Being racists is a character flaw and doesn't reflect Libertarians in general. Libertarians worship Gary Johnson more anyways.. He's in a better and more realistic state of mind. You should look him up and see some of his videos. He's a good man.

Any source besides Young Turks? Don't get me wrong.. I like the Young Turks.. but sometimes.. they are questionable too. I've never heard from Gary Johnson's mouth to end Child Labor Laws.. Everyone knows that when the federal government steps in and regulates too much.. they cause problems, or red tape if you will.
