Actually I won't be surprised if Star Wars thrives under Disney compared to the last decade under Lucas. Certainly can't be much worse.

They won't do that. Disney is stated to keep Lucasfilm autonomous. While Disney studios might make their own games, Lucasfilm and everything under it still operates as their own company, and simply consuls with Disney.
