This better come out. If it doesn't, I'll just start assuming LucasArts is medically incapable of making great games.

That's a bit presumptuous. LucasArts made a LOT of great game.

As of late, that is. I loved KotoR, Jedi Knight, Battlefront, and Republic Commando to death. But lately their games have either been "good" (Force Unleashed) to "meh" (Force Unleahed 2) to abominations (Kinect SW). Nothing really stand outish, nothing that pushes bundaries of what we expect for a Star Wars game. And a game that is presumably aiming for an M rating like 1313 is definitely a Star Wars game that pushes all the boundaries.

But how many great games have come out of their studio as of late? It's time to face the fact that LucasArts games have been pretty mediocre with the current generation of consoles. Force Unleashed was pretty good, but I can't think of any other good games right off the bat.

Battlefront 1 & 2? Republic Commando?

Awesome games, but I was talking about the current line of consoles. Battlefront 1 and 2 and Republic Commando were on the PS2 and original Xbox. We've just seen a lack of blockbuster games with the 360 and PS3 sadly. I'm really hoping that changes for next gen.

LucasArts was closed before it could dev anything for next gen.
