people should be tested. if a crackhead can get drugs but does not want to work or buy food then it is his own damn choice to be a brokeass bum and he should not be supported by the state.
nor should welfare cover gambling or alcohol.

most people who oppose drug testing in the workplace, etc. are the people who don't want it because it would catch them. never said everyone on welfare is a crackhead, just that it should include a yearly drug test, people should atleast try to get a job, and that the fact people can spend the money on fast food or booze is wrong.
