Actually, not quite.
Activision hasn't factored any income from Bungie into their 2013 financial outlook. It seems they're not going to try to push bungie into a release like Microsoft did with Halo 2. Instead they're keeping it open to a possible 2014 release date depending on Bungie's schedule and progress with the game.
