any details on how people got from the concentric circles to the url? >.>

People are using the [url=http://www.bungie.net/en-US/Forum/Post?id=59826102&path=1]automation tool[/url] provided Freefall722. Apparently this code was rotating within the circle every 5 minutes.

The circles were actually numbers rotated throughout the day. Because we were stacking all of the data it looked like circles instead of numbers. People went back and did inverse rotations to stabilize the images. From that the numbers were somewhat apparent and a bit of guessing/brute force combinations found the solution.
