Kinda hard to argue when our country was founded by people fleeing other countries for freedom. Religious oppression was still a big deal in europe and many other places and still is today. Most people flee to America so I'd have to say its the best place because its where everyone wants to go.

Your aware Americans hated Catholics just as much as Europe right? Giving land to Quebec (Catholic at the time) pissed off the Americans enough to push for war. Seriously nobody listened to the arguments for war until that was brought up, now the country is a "Christian" country with god in the oath and on the money. Religious freedom my backside.

I am aware my post came across as arrogant what I was trying to say is that people from all over the world choose the United States over other countries to escape oppression. Thats why the US is the most diverse country and should be considered the best. Everyone was an exaggeration
