The LAPD will just kill him on the spot, even if he tries to surrender.
Which they should. Hes a threat to the public. Hopefully they light him up until he isnt even recognizable anymore.

 • If he comes out and engages the officers with lethal force then they have every right to kill him on the spot. If he comes out and surrenders I believe they'll do the right thing and arrest him. But no one trusts the police because they're all bad and all bloodthirsty creatures and yadda yadda yadda.

 • What should be done is that he is arrested and is given a fair trial by a jury of his peers. But that wont happen. He will be shot and killed on the spot when he is found because LAPD wont risk a trial, which would bring all of Dorner's accusations to light.

 • It all depends on how they find him. If he starts shooting at the officers then they may be left with no choice but to kill him. If he surrenders peacefully then I believe that they'll do their duty and arrest him. You have to give people a chance to prove they will do the right thing, which will all be up to how he reacts to their appearance.

 • a fair trial? Hes killed 4 people so far. Theres no need for a trial. Im sure you would be feeling the same way if he killed one of your loved ones. Hes a mental case that needs to be dealt with.

 • And your suggestion is that the proper way to deal with a mental case or a criminal is to simply "light them up"? Nice.

 • Justice on a budget. Might as well just fire the prosecutors, defenders and jailors too. Save a bundle of time and money. The cops know who's done what, right?
