Would be more interesting if batman were the villain. To me batman has the potential to be an ozymandias tier villain. And batman isnt exactly the most sane person alive anyway.

Thereve been stories like that before. But never one with batman being the villain. Face it batman would be an awesome ozymandias tier villain.

Ozymandias wasnt able to stand up to dr manhattan either. Not by conventional means. Same way truth stood up to master chief. No hed lead a massive and powerful army.
