That part you quoted had nothing to do with atheism. That had to do with the scenario. Your body will be burned beyond recognition. They will never make a connection between your disappearance and the victim in the fire, you. Therefore, no one will ever remember you in the future as "that guy who risked his life to save an infant." Essentially, you will receive no credit for your actions. Most people want to leave a mark in this world. They want people to remember them after death. I want to quote Futurama Bender's "remember me!!" episode, but....well, I guess I did anyway. So I'm removing that option. There will be no legacy. No one will remember Flying ViVo for his potentially heroic actions. It has nothing to do with atheism.
