[b]Thai Turkey Noodle Soup[/b] 2 TBL sesame seeds (optional) 1 ½ - 2 lbs ground lean turkey 4 – 5 dill pickles chopped Peanut Sauce (see below) 1 - 1 ½ qt chicken broth 1 package rice noodles 2 cups chopped green onions Brown turkey in olive oil till done through. Drain. Mix pickles, peanut sauce with meat; add broth and cover on medium heat. When boiling uncover and add rice noodles until they're cooked to the desired texture. Stir in the green onions or serve them on the side. Garnish with sesame seeds or parmesan cheese. PEANUT SAUCE: 1 cup chunky peanut butter (add more to make the soup more creamy), 6 TBL soy sauce, 6 TBL sesame oil, ¼ cup sugar (or Agave). 4 TBL rice vinegar, and 1 – 3 tsp hot chili flakes.

  • Shish tawook. -Boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes. - Greek yogurt, minced garlic, tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, about 3 tea spoons of tomato paste, little hot sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and any other herbs or spices that you want to add. Let it marinade for at least one hour. If you are using a grill I recommend some shish kabob sticks. Or can you us a pan. Get some pita bread. Smear on some garlic paste, some of those purple pickles, a little parsley, tomatoes and some lettuce, any kind of cheese that you like. Wrap it up and put it on a press or toast it until the sandwich becomes all golden brown. Good with fries. Enjoy
