Bungie killing the game even further with these scams
My first ever guardian games and it's confirmed that Warlocks cheated hard. "Best class PvE and PvP" yet us hunters have been dominating everything and have the most players in the game. Don't believe me? Queue up for anything and count how many of the classes you encounter. Bungie lies and supports cheating. Even had blatant cheaters getting immune to Solar throwable Knife headshot somehow in supremacy yet hunters still stomping both Warlocks and Titans. This is not how you keep the player base alive. Bungie needs to properly address and fix this issue or else returning players like me will be pushed away, killing the game even further.

FWIW: I played all 3x characters during gg’s, roughly about the same amount of time, doing mostly the same stuff… 1. QP Fireteam Ops / BD farming - 60%+/- 2. Rushdown - a few times only - negligible 3. gg Supremacy contest cards - 40%+/- 4. Diamond PvE contest card - at shuro chi cp - more for weapon or bounty farming than anything else…some but not too many. gg Supremacy Got stomped mostly every game whether as a H / W / T…mostly by stacked esports-style teams of invisible never-miss ninja Hunters with unbelievable movement abilities and marksmanship. Had one or two games as a W where our whole team just clicked and went ham! Had a handful of evenly matched teams where a good scrap ensued…these were hard fought, and good fun. My biggest Q: how on earth did Hunters not win the overall event title? 🤔 Yes, no doubt ‘weighted’ numbers played their part; BHQ 🤡🤥🤡should share a simple breakdown of such for all to see, imho! 🧐 That is all. Now, iron banana beckons…😁 Play Fair! Play Nice! Don’t be a Quitter! 👈 Ease Springs! 🖖👻 MTFBWY

Bungie weights guardian games points based off of player populations. Hunter medals count for less compared to Titan or Warlock. This change was made back in the second guardian games after it looked like Hunters were going to stomp for the 2nd time in a row. And while Hunters are dominant in PvP, Warlocks were very popular this year for PvE (and there are a lot more PvE players than PvP). As for your missing knives, that sounds more like a connection issue. Which is unfortunately going to worsen during Guardian games due to how matchmaking is more restricted.

4 RepliesEdited by Wargodmini: 4/14/2026 8:02:28 PMWhen I conversed with fellow guardians here on the forums, they said that the warlocks were winning in the guardian games based on pve medals, but during the games, not only was it difficult to find pvp lobbies, there was no lfg's for pve either, so I assume they earned their medals playing solo? Must have been high achievers too, to dominate so consistently :p I'm being sarcastic on that last part, the warlocks landslide win seems a bit fishy, they got no contest from any other class, which is a bit odd, because there are plenty of skilled and proficient players on all three classes Edit: during the games as a hunter main, the only time we "stomped" either warlocks or titans, was when the opposing team was clearly consisting of noobs, and or woefully low-skilled players in the pvp department

This is a silly event within a silly game that offers you no transparency into its silliness. What I'm trying to say is they are trying to deliver to you a spirit of the games.. its not a simulation of voting process game... so you need perspective on understanding that not only do you hold no power but they are not even offering you imaginary counts... just some flags that go up and down. ...I imagine that it was simply a decision based on who hasn't won the games in the past 2 years?... ok give it to them and anyway some of these extremely silly game players play all 3 classes so everyone wins... haha probably create a warlock and guess what you win... on the plus side you have embraced the spirit of the games because now you have learned to hate. You hate my peoples (the warlocks) and we hate you (the hunters). GG achieved. -

You really shouldn't take guardian games so seriously. You come off as a petulant child. More people play pve than pvp, so hunters dominating pvp didn't matter in the end. I don't know how many rushdowns you did, but warlocks were eating good there. Since it's your first, you'd also be forgiven for not knowing that Bungie has to have a scoring system that takes account of the fact that there are not an equal number of hunters, warlocks and titans. Lastly, why would bungie cheat? Very few people care who wins GG.
