i cant log in to my acc
Dear Bungie Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to respectfully request a review of the ban placed on my account. I recently discovered that my account has been banned, but I did not receive any email notification explaining the reason for this action.
I fully understand and respect Bungie’s policies and community guidelines, which is why I am concerned and confused about the situation. If there has been any misunderstanding, unusual activity, or violation associated with my account, I would greatly appreciate clarification so I can better understand what occurred.
Additionally, I kindly ask if you could confirm whether an email notification was sent, as I have checked my inbox, spam, and junk folders and have not received any communication regarding this matter.
I am more than willing to cooperate and provide any necessary information to help resolve this issue.

If you believe you were unfairly banned, you can submit an appeal via our [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction]Contact Form.[/url] However, please note that there is no guarantee you will get a response, especially if your ban will be upheld. Additionally, ban appeals are not conducted on the forums. Once you've submitted an appeal, you'll have done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. If several weeks pass with no reply, you can safely assume your ban will remain in place.

4 RepliesYou don't get told the reason why, there are no notifications sent - just the ban message when you try and sign in. You can appeal it [url=https://safety.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/42349301189524-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction]here[/url]. If 4-6 weeks go by without a response or the ban being lifted you can safely assume they have denied your appeal. You will not be told why you were banned by them. Further an open ticket does not mean that it hasn't been reviewed as Bungie will frequently leave them open.
