Similar to how they get a stat boost at lvl 20/21, give it another stat boost at lvl 25, at lvl 30 let it unlock enchanced barrels, 35 enchanced mags/batteries, enchanced origin trait and mods at 40. (All barrels and mags unlock once lvl is reached)
