New avatars and themes for Marathon got added.
Very nice surprise to see. Honestly thought Bungie would abandoned the forums soon in favor for Discord. I really want to see this place go back to the old forum style before 2013.
( I miss The Septagon and Bungie Universe forum :c )

Well someone still loves us it seems. I doubt these forums have a shelf life beyond Destiny though. There would be a Marathon section if they were going to do any major redesigns like before. Once Destiny is wound up these forums will be deleted like the old site was and then they’ll pivot towards all the marathon content (or whatever else they’re doing then) and most likely there won’t be any site-based user interactions beyond friend requests or fireteam invites etc.

Destiny is literally your 🫵, lol... plan realized. A universe that never ends, so Durandal never dies (Theory). And just logistically... logically, it makes sense to have a centralized platform.
