Sorry if this is not the right place to post this but I couldn't find a place in game to report it and share the video link. When testing the shield throw melee I seemed to have found a bug with the Second Chance gauntlets that make the shield disappear after hitting a second enemy as compared to without having the exotic equipped. It also seems that these gauntlets give the shield worse tracking as compared to without them equipped. I have provided a video to show proof of my testing.
