Unfortunately, I cannot record the issue, since I abandonned the quest hoping it might fix the issue, but I cannot reaquire the quest through the tower kiosk. Now, the quest node "The Exiles's Accord Strangelet" located in the Augur's Bethel (EoF quest step 15/31) is gone from the world map. The problem was that the node was located past a laser barrier that required the use of a Relocator which does not spawn anywhere in the vicinity. They did spawn in during the previous mission, though. However, when I left after completing that previous mission, these Relocators were no longer spawning in when I tried to reach the "Exiles's Accord Strangelet" mission node.

Hello again, Thank you very much for your detailed response. I'm sorry to hear that you are now having trouble reacquiring the quest. If you haven't already, can you try closing the game fully and relaunching it and then checking the Altar of Relativity along with the Quest Archive, to see if you can find the abandoned quest?

I have found the quest via the altar, however, I am still stuck with the quest node location being past a laser barrier with no Relocator to pass throught.

Hello again, Thank you very much for your response and the video. The Relocator Cannon needed is in the same room as the lasers you are seeing. If you jump back up to the large round object in the middle, facing the lasers, you should see a small platform leading up to a house-looking structure that should be open with a Relocator Cannon inside.

Hey there, I can't help with the specific navigational issue, but you should be able to recover the quest from the Altar of Relativity on Kepler, rather than the Quest Archive.
