Cannot complete Rite of the Nine - Ghost won't complete
I have ran GotD many times on Eternity during RotN. I have ran it with DukeIsCool streamer on each run. I have completed Ultimatum with the stremer as well. Yet, the quest still shows incomplete. I am not trying to cheat, but feel the game is cheating me after many successful completions....help!
