You can only get it from collections after you purchase it for silver. What drops from the engram is 3 -12 hour uses. Once you use the 3rd then you are out unless you purchase it in Eververse.
By then you may have the problem I had the past 2 weeks where it’s in the store for purchase but not for me because I couldn’t even see it
