Honestly forget the fast travel and just move him, or make a trials kiosk in the center. If there was any other reason for me to go over there imo itd be less but its just him and just to pick up a trials passage. While we're at it make a weapons Crafting vendor/device in the tower, it was cool for it to be it's own separate dlace for a while but making a more convenient one after the novelty has worn off should have always been part of the plan
