Hey there, unfortunately the Battle.net to Steam migration window closed at the end of 2020, it is way too late to do it now.

Blizzard was only obligated to hold onto the data for a certain amount of time, so it's no longer there to be migrated. If you mean expansions and such, 90% of what was paid for on battle.net is gone anyway, the only remnant is The Forsaken Pack.
