We already annihilate everything in every mode of the game that isn't grandmaster or master content. We shouldn't be overleveled for the hardest content.

So we should always be in a handicap? Always be weaker than the enemies? No. We should at least be even. Go back to where level matters. If Master is 2040. We can level and be even at 2040 but not be over. Otherwise, eliminate light level altogether. Its a waste of time.

They changed it to where they being you within a few levels of the highest in the fireteam. We're overleveled in pretty much every area of the game
