I did not receive any of the items I purchased from the reward shop, 2 Heavy metal engrams, for Heavy metal. The items are not in inventory, noit with Kadi-55-30 or the Special Deliveries kiosk. Not sure where else to look for them. After acheiving Heavy Metal Event rank 11, I am unable to collect the 2 Enhancement Prisms. I have a message stating "Not enough Space" but I am able to purchse Enhancement Prisms with Master Rahool as well as receive them in game missions. The Daily Challenge that I recieved Thursday 5/15/25 is United in Victory, and no others. In place of where the 2 other challenges should have been are tabs that say resource denial and are faded out as if already completed. Completing the Heavy Metal Triumph for the Title of Heavy Metal does not apply to the Rank 8 advancement requirement to "Claim a title" Ill just stop there. The other issues can be reported or may have already been reported repeatedly by players already.
