Enhancement prisms heavy metal
Have they answered whether they are aware that some people can't claim the enhancement prisms from the heavy metal event card.

1 ReplySo turns out I am now able to collect enhancement prisms but can't use them as they don't register as usable.

Never managed to collect mine, used some to clear space, yet, nothing.

After hearing the rewards were bugged I never bothered after that one mandatory quest step, lol. Watch it be some thing like only people who attempted to buy Prisms will get compensated.

I had the same question. No mention of it at all and the last day of the event.
