They said "[b]one[/b] of these three dungeons will be featured each week" not "one dungeon rotating every week". Meaning it's working as intended since they didn't give out a schedule and said it's "sort of on a rolling basis" meaning either the scheduling is still being worked out, or they're not privy to that info yet, or they're not authorized to disclose that info. No lies were told.
Working on one thing at a time until completion isn't a bad workplace strategy, even encouraged.

Go watch the Livestream again. It is clearly stated that it would rotate dungeons weekly. Sweatcicle has a video up proving it. Not that it matters but don't give out false info defending Bungie. They don't deserve the defense.

The bungie employee's choice of words is somewhat clear but the player base's mindset is everything rotates weekly. What vid of sweatcicle's are you referring to? I'm not searching for it, so until then, you're the one spewing false info.
