Shiny weapons with double perks in each of the right 2 columns... A way to differentiate when you look at the icon so you inspect before deleting. Its coded as a different weapon, not just a sub variant of the original (much like adept is a different weapon). So, now we have 4 different variants of the same weapon... creating the tier system that they have been hyping for weapons. It makes it annoying and confusing for most users. While the base weapon is fine for most, some you want the adept (fusion rifles especially for the charge time adept mod), and the holofoil variant gives better chances to get the perk combo that you are looking for. IMO, just drop it and go back to crafting, im not going to grind for that anymore because RNG drops suck.

Cosmetically different versions of a weapon. Their function isn't any different from non-holofoils.
