Quitting over a non weekly rotation?
Sounds like a player who was only hanging around due to it being a habit.
Maybe the longer period is for all the people who never done them before and they can take the time to learn it?
That ever cross your mind?

weird response from a bungie hater
-
Criticizing doesn’t make you a hater, just means you aren’t a sim-p
-
that's true mr 3 mod slots
-
That’s what they showed. But I’m glad your sim-ping paid off for you at least once.
-
I'm rarely wrong about casualstiny2, after all i'm not affected by the toddler syndrome virus
-
Wouldn’t know, I can only recall you commenting more about players than the game itself. Sounds more like Stockholm syndrome.
-
It tells you how to do it...!
-
It tells you what to shoot for the power lines, that’s it. Pretty sure there’s more to a dungeon than opening doors? I don’t see a Strat guide in the game for the bosses either. Or am I wrong?
-
Shoot the boss. That is the Strat
-
Sure thing pal
-
It gives little descriptions on how to do the mechanics. Not the full thing at once, but it explains arctricion and then you just follow the nodes.
-
Yeah and that does what for boss fights and the strats for them? All you did was repeat yourself, you didn’t refute my point about there being more to it than power nodes. And that avoidance shows you know exactly what I mean.
-
You're right, you need to have the slightest amount of brain cells to figure out how to use the same mechanic that's been in all the other encounters to fight the boss... Once you know about arctricion, all you need to do is shoot the nodes that are shown. Regardless, using "learning" of the dungeon as an excuse to release the dungeon in this way is stupid. Also, if you can't figure out how to do the dungeon within a few hours with the "hints", then I don't think dungeons are made for you. If the dungeons were released for 1 week at a time, that would still leave multiple more weeks for new players to beat this dungeon. They should have just did what they did with pantheon. Add one dungeon per week and leave them in after they are added. Then no one has to feel like they are being rushed or slowed down.
-
So multiple paragraphs about the nodes despite my pointing out the boss fights and aspect multiple times. Shows you know exactly what I mean and are ignoring it cause I’m right. Good work.
-
BECAUSE ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT ARE THE NODES...
-
I didn’t know you could skip boss fights.

2 Minibosses... and that's one of my main criticisms of Explorer Mode. It should NOT remove majors or minis. And it's not just the node tooltip. It tells you where to go. It does actually explain some of the fight mechanics like shooting the eyes, it puts a marker where you need to shut the door. It removes the darkness zones, so you're guaranteed to make progress as long as you don't give up. As a solo it reduces the dmg enemies do to you, but it doesn't change their health pools from normal delta. Oh, it automatically activates traversal help. Normally you need to find a switch or something. 😇👍💠
-
It also does tell you how to engage the bosses. Example, the eyes on 2nd encounter. I honestly think it did a decent job teaching the dungeon. I had never done this one before and I was able to do it solo no problem. Granted I have done many dungeons before, so not a noob really, but went into Spire blind. Because of the explore mode, I was able to get to the final boss on ultimatum (then I got chewed up and spit out). Even with the change in mechanics on ultimatum mode I still figured it out. Without the teaching, I would have had to watch vids to figure it out this dungeon on any difficulty honestly.
-
You would still have an entire week to learn it … Plus they can always make them all available
-
Unless they don’t have enough time in that week. They have to learn it, gear up for it and make a few attempts. Splits the mm pool which is counter productive. I find it rather puzzling that you people act like everything has to be designed around veteran no lifers or it’s bad. Especially when the count is dwindling and they need new blood. 🤦
-
Womp womp. Same thing that has been happening with gms and literally everything else in the game which rotates. They have already added the explorer mode to help you learn. I went in on Explorer with 0 idea about mechanics and it did a good job of explaining it. And not just hardcore players finish a single dungeon in an ENTIRE week.
-
Those things aren’t made to onboard rookies to the content, so a false equivalence. Womp womp yourself lol Dungeons are more than just mechanics and once you move up from explorer you have to learn and adjust more. Sure some players are better than others, and? That means you ignore the ones who move slower? Like I said, some of y’all think this game should revolve solely around y’all and no one else. Silly geese lmao
-
And on top of that. If I wasn’t sticking around I wouldn’t have preordered the Ultimate edition Year of Prophecy. Been around since Red War. And I’ll be around D2 til my last breath or it’s last breath.
-
Well that's the problem. You pre-ordered. Why the hell would bungie bother to fix anything when they can still get drones to buy their crap?
-
In what part did I ever say I was quitting 🤣🤣🤣 I said watch player numbers. They’re gonna dip cause everyone thought it was GotD. I’m online now in Nightfalls. KEKW 🤣
