If you were able to claim the drop on Twitch then go to bungie.net then go to settings>redeem a code>partner rewards and refresh that.

Yeah, that didn't work. Shows Mad Dog, and then another drop in March, but nothing for Theonexia. Hmmm.. This was the sequence I used btw: https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners

Ah, thanks for the clarification. I wasn't able to claim the drop on Twitch, no. The drops just kept refreshing to the initial message *right before* the line got to the end. I refreshed several times, but it did that each time.
