Heavy Metal Reroll Chip didn't give new Daily Challenge bt took Chip
I rerolled a Daily Challenge but it didn't give me a new Daily challenge and still took my reroll chip.
I also am unable to claim the Prisms under rank reward path even though I have space. Additionally there was a bug where I wasn't getting progress on the Event Rank after talking to Shaxx and turning in 2 Daily Challenges (I lost some progress but I was able to close and reopen D2 and it apparently fixed it).
